Kristin started 3 years ago to incorporate adult parties into the mix. Originally every spring and fall she would hold “kid” type parties but not everyone had kids so now CRIPPS Realty throws wedding type events every September where you can have a date night without the kids, which is structured much more like a wedding. People get dressed up, it is always catered by a fine dining local restaurant and is an open bar.
